Golf Cart Rental

Cancellation Policy

All rentals are subject to Costa Rica 13% IVA tax added at checkout. No refunds within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations made earlier may be rescheduled based on availability. A valid driver’s license is required for all golf cart rentals. Electric bikes and Veehop rides may be used by riders under 18 with parent or legal guardian consent. The supervising adult assumes full responsibility for any minor. All renters assume full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period, including any damages, loss, theft, or misuse. The renter agrees to operate the vehicle safely and in accordance with local laws and regulations. Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition they were received. Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily charges. All rentals must be returned with a full battery charge. Failure to do so may result in a recharge fee. A security deposit may be required and will be held for the duration of the rental. Any damages, excessive cleaning, or violations will be deducted from the deposit. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Unsafe or reckless use may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. Electric Vibes is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal property loss during the rental period. By booking, the renter agrees to release Electric Vibes from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. Renters are responsible for inspecting the vehicle prior to use and reporting any issues before departure.
